  • MSc in Mathematics, College of Basic Education, University of Duhok, 2022.
  • BSc of Mathematics, College of Basic Education, University of Duhok, 2013.

Since 2022, I have been teaching at the College of Basic Education, University of Duhok, where I deliver undergraduate courses in Finite Mathematics, Euclidean Geometry, Linear Algebra, and Scientific Debate. Teaching these subjects allows me to combine my interest in mathematics with a broader commitment to developing students’ analytical and communication skills.

In my mathematics courses, I focus on helping students build a strong conceptual understanding of key ideas while developing their problem-solving abilities. I encourage active participation and aim to create a learning environment in which students feel confident exploring challenging concepts and asking questions.

Through the Scientific Debate course, I support students in developing critical thinking, evidence-based reasoning, and effective communication skills. I believe that the ability to analyse, evaluate, and present arguments is an important complement to mathematical and scientific education.

My goal as an educator is to inspire curiosity, intellectual growth, and independent learning while maintaining high academic standards. I am committed to providing a supportive and engaging classroom experience that helps students achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

Research

My research interests lie in the broad field of Differential Equations and Integral-Differential Equations, with a particular focus on the qualitative and analytical study of mathematical models arising in science and engineering. I am interested in the existence, uniqueness, stability, and asymptotic behavior of solutions to ordinary and integro-differential equations, as well as the development of analytical and numerical methods for their investigation. Through this research, I aim to contribute to the understanding of complex dynamical systems and to strengthen the connections between mathematical theory and real-world applications.

Since 2022, I have been supervising fourth-year graduation projects in the Department of Mathematics, College of Basic Education, University of Duhok. My supervision focuses primarily on Integral Equations and their analytical and numerical solution methods, providing students with opportunities to engage in both theoretical and applied mathematical research.

The main areas of supervision include Volterra Integral Equations, Fredholm Integral Equations, and comparative studies of modern solution techniques such as the Adomian Decomposition Method (ADM) and the Modified Decomposition Method (MDM). Through these projects, students develop a deeper understanding of mathematical modelling, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques that are fundamental to contemporary research in applied mathematics.

My objective as a supervisor is to encourage independent research, critical thinking, and the effective application of mathematical methods to complex problems, thereby preparing students for advanced study and professional careers in mathematics and related fields.
